I got my first camera, a Kodak Disk Camera, from my godmother as a ninth birthday gift. Ever since then I've always been "the girl with the camera." I got my BJ in photojournalism from Mizzou, went to work as a receptionist and strayed from the photographic fold for a bit. I rediscovered my passion for pictures two years ago and have no intention of looking back.
